THEORY
(1a)
Land tenure is the relationship, whether legally or customarily defined, among people, as individuals or groups, with respect to land. (For convenience, “land” is used here to include other natural resources such as water and trees.)

(v) Every member of the community is opportuned to farnt each season to grow annual or biannual crops.

(i)Provision of financial assistance; The government should provide financial assistance in the form of subsidies, loans and grants to farmers to boost agriculture production in each state of a country.
(ii)Provision of agro-chemicals; Agro-chemicals are substances or chemicals that are used for increasing agricultural yield and produce when applied to farmland. Agro-chemicals include fertilizers, herbicides, drugs, fungicides, insecticides, vaccines and so on.
(iii)Provision of storage and processing facilities; Storage facilities help to prevent the wastage and spoilage of agriculture produce.
(iv)Provision of good roads and effective transportation network; Bad roads will cause accidents; resulting to the loss of lives and properties. In other words Without any doubt, some agricultural production will be damaged and destroyed as a result of bad roads.
(v)Provision of tractors and other agricultural machineries; It is the government’s responsible to provide agricultural machines like tractors, ploughs, harvesters and planters to the large scale farmers. These farm machines may be subsidized to farmers since they can be quite expensive to purchase.
