Aliyu Ahman Pategi whose real name was Aliyu Ahmad Bahago was born on December 31st 1964 and died on 24th October 2024.
Pategi was a Nigerian politician and also he was the member of the federal house of representatives for EduMoro. His father, Ahman Pategi, served as the Health and Agriculture Minister under Ahmadu Bello.

Aliyu Ahman pategi completed his WASSCE at Government Secondary School Ilorin 1976 to 1981 after attending Patigi Primary School. From 1981 to 1982, he finished his basic schooling.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in International Studies from Ahmadu Bello University in 1982–1985. Additionally, he earned his Master of Science in Political Economy and Development Studies from the University of Abuja in 2000 to 2002.
He began his career at Ahmann Patigi Farms as the CEO of Platform Nigeria Limited. He was the Branch Chairman of the Kwara State Red Cross Society and the Director of Tranex.
Ahman Aliyu He served three terms as a member of the Federal House of Representatives at the National level, representing the Federal seat of Kwara North in Edu Moro, Pategi.
He served as both the chairman of Legislative Budget Research and the chairman of the House Committee on Water Resources twice. He served on several appropriations and commerce committees.
