The Federal polytechnic kaura Namoda, zamfara state new academic approved calendar is out.

Below are some of the important things for students to know.

 

NOTE: The calendar was duly signed by Bldr. Basiru Mu’azu Nakaiwa, The polytechnic’s Director of Academic planning.

– Monday 21st June to Saturday 25 September 2021, Lecture period for first semester 2020/2021 academic session.

– Wednesday 7 July 2021, academic board meeting to consider second semester 2019/2020 examination result.

– Tuesday 20th July to 21st, Idi kabir Holiday (Sallah).

– Friday 6 August 2021 Portal closed for 2020/2021 admission.

– 7 August 2021 Matriculation ceremony.

– Tuesday 5th October 2021 to Saturday 23 October, examination period for first semester 2020/2021 academic session.

– Saturday 23 to Sunday 31st October first semester 2020/2021 break.

• 5. Wed. 21 October, 2020: matriculation ceremony
• 6. Wed. 28 October, 2020 : Regular Academic board meeting.
• 7. Thurs 12 Nov 2020 : School board meeting to consider coursework.
• 8. Mon 16 Nov – Sat 28 Nov 2020 : Examination period for first semester.

• 10. Sun 29 Nov 2020 – Sun 3rd Jan 2021: End of first semester break.
• 11. Thurs 17 Dec 2020 : End of year Academic board meeting.
